Big Wight Matter 2010, 24th-26th September
Now in its second year, Big Wight Matter is set to be THE family walking festival on the Isle of Wight. The weekend festival is a time for you to enjoy with your family the breathtaking coastal views and beaches of West Wight, with a 15 mile walk and a shorter walk for little legs.
Come Saturday evening, you can dip tired toes into the pool at Brighstone, or revel into the night with a hog roast, games, beer tent and live music as the sun sets over the cliff tops.
Like last year, base camp will be at the family (and dog!) friendly Brighstone Holiday Centre, with all the walks starting here and heading out onto the cliff paths and beaches.
