What it does

A children's hospice at home service for local, terminally ill children. The charity has specialist nurses to provide respite care, end-of-life care and bereavement support. Nurses work throughout Bristol, South Gloucestershire, North Somerset, Wiltshire, Bath and North East Somerset.
