The charity hosts group sessions twice a month which can provide you with support if you have been affected by a brain injury. These sessions give you a chance to meet with other people with similar issues, discuss worries or concerns with a brain injury professional and receive educational and family support on how to cope with cognitive, emotional and behavioural changes. The sessions are currently held on the first and third Monday of the month.
