This drop-in service offers you a chance to chat to a cancer support specialist for any questions or worries you may have about cancer. The experienced team will listen and guide you to the information you need. The service is available 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on weekdays. Also available are a number of exercise sessions tailored for cancer, including t'ai chi, qigong, yoga and a weekly walking group.
