These free programmes are available to patients in east Kent who are in the later stages of a life-limiting illness and their families. The tailored programs are varied but all aim to enhance your well-being, in mind and body. They include therapeutic programmes, creative programmes using music and art, social programmes using peer support, education programmes and carer programmes. The programmes are held at Pilgrims Therapy Centres in Canterbury, Thanet and Ashford.
