This charity runs Introduction Days, Living Well courses and Treatment Support Clinics for cancer patients. They also offer several groups which focus on managing stress, staying active, keeping motivated, making new friends and eating well. There are a diverse range of groups on offer which are; Nordic walking, yogathrive, qi gong, relaxation, meditation, healthy cooking demos and a choir.
