This charity is dedicated to promoting and preserving the mental and emotional health of children and young people throughout Nottinghamshire and Lincolnshire. They achieve this by delivering a range of services from counselling for 6 to 25 year olds in their main office Newark to emotional well-being outreach workshops which aim to improve emotional resilience.
