Bereavement support for children and families in south Devon. Referrals can be made by professionals or self-referral. Initial consultation is done over the phone, and an assessment is made. Followed by a home visit so that the therapist can meet the whole family impacted by the loss of someone special. There is opportunity for families to talk individually or as a group.
