The hospice provides short break/respite care, emergency care, sibling service and bereavement support. This hospice provides a home from home for children and teenagers who are seriously ill. There is also accommodation for parents and siblings to stay too. The hospice has a main living area, a messy playroom for carefree creativity, a multisensory room with lights, sounds and textures to soothe and calm, a soft play area for safe, trouble-free fun and a hydrotherapy pool for relieving stiff joints and muscle spasm. There are separate rooms for teenagers.
