This fund provides grants of up to £1,000 to sick or disabled individuals and their carers. Eligible individuals are seen to be in need of respite care or temporary support following hospitalization, bereavement or because of dependency treatment. To receive this grant, you must be living in either Darlington, Hartlepool, Middleborough, Redcar & Cleveland or Stockton-on-Tees.
