Claire House Hospice This charity offers children, young people and their families either individual counselling sessions focusing on grief or group sessions where there is an open discussion of feelings and experiences. The charity knows there is no time limit on grief and loss meaning their counsellors are available to families for as long as is needed. This tailored counselling service can be used by children, parents and extended family through to carers and siblings.
