These specialised mobile units go to a few locations each day, setting up in local car parks, supermarkets and community venues so they can treat people in their own communities, saving them long and expensive journeys to hospital. There are two units; one specialising in chemotherapy and the other, a Mobile Lymphoedema Clinic. The treatment is less overwhelming, less stressful and altogether quieter than regular hospital treatments.
