Description:
The principle research questions are: Parallel 1 - In patients with newly diagnosed glioblastoma whose tumours are MGMT methylated, to establish the safety and toxicity of oral olaparib in combination with radical radiotherapy and concomitant oral temozolomide chemotherapy, and to determine the best dose of olaparib for a subsequent phase II clinical trial. Parallel 2 - In patients with newly diagnosed glioblastoma whose tumours are MGMT unmethylated, to establish the safety and toxicity of oral olaparib in combination with radical radiotherapy, and to determine the best dose of olaparib for a subsequent phase II clinical trial
